Flying Shears
The flying shear is a machine that works in such a way that the product will be cut in motion, automatically. Using this principle along with our own unique design of hydraulic flying shears and piercing machines, we have improved production by 300% on cold rolled forming lines in number of cases.
Our machines are individually designed for each application and address a wide range of issues to improve your performance. Often we can upgrade your existing equipment to meet your needs. After assessing your issues, we will recommend solutions best solutions to meet your goals.
We offer a full tooling design and manufacturing facility and have provided flying shears with tool weights of 55kg up to half a tone. For the Cold Rolled Section Industry, we have developed an Hydraulic cut-off system with cut cycle times as low as 50 ms allowing mill running speeds in excess of 150 mts/min.
